Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Vyakti India, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality plant-based leather accessories. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) 10-Day Window: Accepted within 10 days of delivery.
2) Initiate: Contact us at [support@vyaktiindia.com] with order number, reason, and (if applicable) photos.
3) Condition: Unused, undamaged, original tags/labels.
4) Defective or Incorrect Items: We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method after receiving and inspecting the returned item (within 14 business days). Contact us immediately for a prepaid return label.
5) Non-Defective Returns: We'll issue a store credit to your account for the full amount of the returned item (excluding shipping costs) after receiving and inspecting the returned item (within 14 business days).
6) Exchanges: Indicate desired item, shipped after receiving and inspecting returned item.
7) Shipping Costs: Customer responsible (unless defective/incorrect item received).
8) Policy Compliance: We reserve the right to refuse non-compliant returns/exchanges.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to the original payment method. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return once the item is received.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and that's why we require a valid reason for all returns and exchanges. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, but we want to ensure that we can learn from this experience and continue to improve our products and services.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color, texture, and pattern. These variations are a natural part of the plant-based leather manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.

One-Year Repair Warranty:
We offer a one-year warranty for repairs of any manufacturing defects on your Vyakti India product. However, customers are responsible for covering the transportation costs to and from our repair facility.

* Cash refunds for non-defective returns are replaced with store credit.
